Some venues, you find. Others, you choose knowing exactly who will be there when you arrive.
Russell Morin holds exclusive catering rights at six of Southern New England's finest properties. The team that's produced hundreds of events at Glen Manor, at Shining Tides, at WaterFire will be producing yours. We know every room, every hour of light, every logistical detail that makes the difference between a good event and an exceptional one.
Our Exclusive Venues
Choosing one of our exclusive venues means one team, one coordinator, and institutional knowledge built over hundreds of events at that specific property. The food, the tent, the tables, the rain plan: it's all managed by the same people who were there the last hundred times.

Up to 250 for a cocktail reception · 160 for seated dinner with dancing
Shining Tides
Shining Tides is a seasonal venue, open May through October, and it earns every day of that season. The Cape Cod-style Harbor Porch overlooks the water with wood-beamed ceilings and an ocean breeze that never feels planned. Vows on the oceanfront lawn. S'mores at the beachside fire pit after dinner. For a couple that wants their guests to feel the salt air and hear the water, there isn't a closer equivalent in southeastern Massachusetts.
Up to 175 for seated dinner with dancing · 200+ with tent rental · Seasonal: May–October
Glen Manor House
Glen Manor sits on the banks of the Sakonnet River, surrounded by tended gardens and a waterfront lawn. It's the kind of property that works whether you want an outdoor ceremony at the water's edge, cocktails on the terrace under the stone loggia, dinner inside by the fireplace, or all of the above. The Ballroom's chandeliers and newly finished floors can hold a full evening of dancing. We've produced more events here than anywhere else. We know the light at 4 PM in July, and how the space transforms once the sun drops.
Up to 200 cocktail reception · 150 seated dinner with dancing · Peak season: May–October
Cove Cabin at Mount Hope Farm
Cove Cabin is a seasonal venue on the shores of Mount Hope Bay, where towering red cedars frame views of the Mount Hope Bridge and the water beyond. The fully floored tent holds up to 200 for dinner and dancing. For a more intimate gathering of up to 60, the Adirondack-style Cabin itself becomes the room. Ceremonies take place in the Cedar Grove among the trees. It's one of our larger outdoor properties; it's also one of the most secluded.
Up to 300 cocktail reception · 200 seated dinner with dancing · Seasonal: May–October
The Barn at Mount Hope Farm
Mount Hope Farm is one of the last working country estates in Rhode Island. The Barn has tall ceilings, polished floors, and a gas fireplace; the potting shed just outside has been converted into a bar for garden cocktail hours. With a seated capacity of 100 for dinner with dancing, it's our most intimate exclusive venue. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, smaller weddings, and the occasional corporate event that calls for something with character.
Up to 150 cocktail reception · 100 seated dinner with dancing · Peak season: April–October
WaterFire Arts Center
WaterFire Arts Center is for events that need room to become something. Fifteen thousand square feet of Main Hall space, 40-foot vaulted ceilings, exposed steel beams, floor-to-ceiling windows. An outdoor roof deck with views of the Providence River District and the State House. It's fully customizable: a blank industrial canvas where a gala, a large holiday party, or a 700-person seated dinner can be built from scratch. For corporate events and nonprofit galas that need to make an impression, it does.
Up to 1,000 for a cocktail reception · 700 for a seated dinner · Available year-round
