At Rosecliff Mansion Bliss Celebrations Guide Styled Shoot

This beautiful styled shoot took place at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, drawing inspirations from the gilded age. The menu was developed using traditional culinary techniques, fresh locally sourced ingredients, and modern day creativity. The Menu

Hors D'Oeuvres

  • Chilled Lobster with granny smith apples, fennel, shallots, champagne vinegar, curried crème fraiche
  • Moroccan Spliced Lamb, preserved lemon on a crisp baguette with micro cilantro
  • Fresh Fig, St Andre Cheese, lavender honey is a pastry cup

First Course

  • Pan Seared Scallop, beet puree, curried aioli, black pepper papadums and micro greens

Second Course

  • Heirloom Tomato Salad with avocado, goat cheese, basil, honey sherry vinaigrette and a fresh herb crostini

Third Course

  • Pan Seared Sea Bass with a lentil, quinoa salad, green tomatillo sauce, charred lemon and black olive tapenade

Fourth Course

  • Statler Chicken Provencal, summer corn succotash, garden herb roasted fingerling potatoes and lemon vinaigrette
